3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring each user can only access their own data. Your progress is synced across devices when you are signed in. We implement HTTPS for all data transmissions.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Gemini AI: Powers our AI chat assistant. Conversations may be processed by Google.
• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements to free users. Subject to your App Tracking Transparency consent on iOS.
• Supabase: User authentication and data storage.
• Expo / EAS: App development platform and push notification delivery.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Processes all In-App Purchases.

5. Advertising & Tracking

Free-tier users may see advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. On iOS devices running iOS 14.5 or later, we request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any personalised advertising data is collected. You may opt out at any time in your device Settings > Privacy > Tracking. Premium subscribers are completely ad-free.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your learning progress
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., purchase records).
